Featured Project: Eide Bailly



Eide Bailly LLP is a national CPA and business advisory firm located in the Wells Fargo building in downtown Boise. After months of extensive renovation in which they moved to a temporary location, 87 employees were able to move back to their new and improved space. ​

LCA Architects, Eide Bailly’s planning committee, and OEC teamed up early in the design process. The result of the reconstruction better utilizes space, is better suited for the growth at the firm and as Sam Burrows of LCA Architect stated, “a more cohesive workplace to maximize collaboration and learning opportunities between staff members.” The space has a successful mix of traditional colors, impressive conference rooms, bright and fun colors in the break room, niches and smaller rooms for cooperative work, and sit-to-stand desks throughout.

Eide Bailly has been located in the Treasure Valley for more than two decades. Their services extend far beyond tax and accounting and support many types of industries. They were a great client to work with! Their professionalism, organization, and good communication made our job much easier. OEC project managed the move both to the temporary space then back to their permanent location. With space planning and reconfiguration, we relocated their old furniture to create a functioning office in the temporary space. After we completed the new furniture installation and the move back to their permanent location, we assisted them as they donated or recycled most of their old furniture. While moving twice in a year is a lot of work, the end result was worth it. The furniture and space are seamlessly unified, and there is a good mix of open office, private office, and small and large conference rooms.
