Construction Project Manager
Office Environment Company (OEC) is looking for a talented technical resource to join our construction team. Communication and organization skills are integral to success in this role. Our market position is based on consistently delivering results through solid communication and exceptional delivery. We are expert resources in specialties and window coverings.
Responsibilities:
- Technical resource for scope of work after OEC awarded project
- Review OECs bid and verify scope of work on construction projects in the northwest
- Complete submittals
- Seek opportunities to save OEC money during submittal process
- Create timeline for project implementation
- Communicate with GC all details of project from beginning of submittal process to end of project
- Track product and verify correct product on hand for projects
- Implement a detailed “pass off” of project to field superintendent.
- Become proficient at accurately and efficiently evaluating risk to budget in material and labor costs comparing bid to contract
- Actively manage change orders and changes to conditions
- Become a product expert
- Understand the various manufacturers and products for division 10 and 12
- Develop a deep knowledge of materials and installation to successfully complete projects
- Expert resource in evaluating substitutions enabling us to be competitive and profitable
- Regularly complete continuing education in sales, product knowledge and business development
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in project management or related field
- 5 years of experience as a project manager
- Thorough understanding of the construction process
- Expert level ability to read plans
- Fluency in Bluebeam
- Fluency in Microsoft Office
- Organized and detail oriented

- Lead, manage and hold sales team accountable

Construction Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist project managers with various aspects of the submittal process, buyout, and implementation phase of construction projects
- Communicate status updates to clients
- Create change orders
- Assist project manager in monitoring job cost reports and verifying buyout quantities and specification are met.
- Coordinate materials, draft Purchase Order, and manage procurement tracking logs.
- Prepare close out documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Ability to communication in writing and verbally
- Bachelor’s degree is highly desired in the related fields of Construction Management or equivalent experience.

Construction Worker
Office Environment Company (OEC) is looking for individuals with construction experience to work on our field crews installing Division 10 and 12 building materials (wall protection, whiteboards, building accessories, partitions, etc).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install per drawings and make field changes as appropriate.
- Coordinate with project manager or lead prior to install to understand plans and scope of project. Solve issues when able in the field.
- Learn new products and become an expert on installation.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of Commercial Carpentry, Framing or Doors and Hardware Installation
- Highly motivated and driven to join a winning TEAM
- Valid Drivers License – Comfortable driving large trucks and towing trailer
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Oversee installation for all projects
